Allen is as passionate about basketball as they come. Currently coaching youth basketball since 2013, Allen has recognized the importance of the fundamentals to the game.

Away from the basketball court, Allen has geared his focus towards the operation and administration side of the athletic world. He has developed an array of skills over his professional career as a brand ambassador and project coordinator. He is determined to help promote and grow basketball in Canada.
