Obeng has over 13 years of experience with the sport of track and field where she has competed on the national, and international stage. Obeng is a 5x OFSAA gold medalist in the shot put and discus. As well as a 2x national gold medalist. 

 

Obeng was a member of team Canada where she compete in the 2013 World Youth Championships in Kiev, Ukraine, and also in 2015, in the Jr. Pan Am games held in Edmonton. 

 

Obeng furthered her athletic career on a DI scholarship to Penn State, where she currently holds a position in all three events on Penn State’s All-Time .

 

As a wellness coach, Obeng also strives to provide individuals with the support and guidance necessary to ensure personal goals are met.
